How can i assure that the blossoms on a orange tree grow into a fruit?
I have right now two blossoms. Last time i checked one was still closed and another was open but the petals had fallen off. So just the stigma (i think that what its called) was left. But there were like 4 ants around it.
I really want oranges so how can i assure that those blossoms grow into fruits?
I am not sure which part is which. THere is this giant thing stiking out that kinda sticky. And there were some petals with like these lil things at the tip of the petal. They were kinda brown.
O and i just looked atit and there were alot of ants on the closed blossom should i be worried?

Mix the pollen, touch the flowers together or use a coffee stirrer and put mix the pollen to the others, that should help the process.
...
or get some bumble bees to do it for you!

I was kinda underwhelmed, I expected them to be more pink. All that anime I used to watch led me to believe that all cherry blossoms are pink!!! They were really white with a tinge of pink... could've just taken pictures from the tree in my backyard! lol
Maybe its that these particular bunch of trees just aren't as pink....
