How often do I water my garden?

We just planted our first garden. It is small (30 x10) and raised 1 foot above the surrounding ground. We have planted a couple tomato plants, two strawberry plants, carrots, lettuce, beans, and two pepper plants. How often should we water the garden and should I fertilize it again? (I put down Miracle Gro when planted 2 weeks ago). Thank you for your answers.

depends on the weather if it's too hot two times a day one early in the morning and the other late in the afternoon. Fertilize only when you observe that plants are kind of pale or follow the instructions of the fertilizer package on when to fertilize.
