What honey is best for you, raw clover honey or orange blossom honey? and Apple Blossom Time

What honey is best for you, raw clover honey or orange blossom honey?

In my mind I am leaning toward clover honey in view of the many synthetic fertilizers used in agriculture for fruits and vegetables. So what is best, raw clover or raw orange blossom honey?
That sounds great, but is there something more tangible that shows why clover is better?
