What honey is best for you, raw clover honey or orange blossom honey?
In my mind I am leaning toward clover honey in view of the many synthetic fertilizers used in agriculture for fruits and vegetables. So what is best, raw clover or raw orange blossom honey?
That sounds great, but is there something more tangible that shows why clover is better?

Fuyu Persimmon Blossom
This is a blossom from my Fuyu persimmon tree which I consider very special. The tree is loaded with these blossoms this year and will produce a considerable amount of fruit in October-November. I purchased this tree about 15 years ago and had it planted in my garden. Each year I have given it special care and have lovingly watched it grow and now it is rewarding me with its fruit.
The Fuyu is the non-astringent variety of persimmon. Sweet and delicious.... when ripe it becomes orange to orange-red and is firm to the touch as compared to the Hachiya variety which is soft when ripe.
It is occasionally referred to as food for the gods and frequently given as a gift to Buddha.
