Where are the seeds of Bananas?
Bananas, I've never fully understood them. They are flowering plants aren't they, so where are their flowers?
Some people way the seeds are inside the bananas, is the banana like the ovary of the flower?
How does the banana tree attract pollinators, it has something separate which looks like a flower? Who are the main pollinators of banana trees?
What are the parts of banana trees flowers?
Thanks for helping, I'm just curious about banana plants^^

"Holodiscus (syn. Sericotheca) is a genus of flowering plants in the family Rosaceae, native to the Americas, from southwestern British Columbia, Canada and the western United States south to Bolivia. The species are deciduous shrubs growing to 1-5 m tall.
"Holodiscus discolor...is a shrub of western North America, commonly known as ocean spray or creambush.[2] Is most common in the mountainous Pacific Northwest where it is part of the forest understory.
"It is a fast-growing deciduous shrub growing to 5 m tall. Its alternate[3] leaves are small, 5-9 cm long and 4-7 cm broad, lobbed, juicy green when new. Cascading clusters of white flowers drooping from the branches give the plant its two common names. The flowers have a faint sweet, sugary scent. It bears a small, hairy fruit containing one seed which is light enough to be dispersed by wind.
"Creambush is found in a variety of habitats, from wet coastal forests to drier, cooler mountains further inland. It tends to grow in areas dominated by Douglas-fir. The plant is found in areas prone to wildfire, and it is often the first green shoot to spring up in an area recovering from a burn. Creambush is commonly found in chaparral communities, which burn periodically. It also may grow in areas swept clear by logging." (Wikipedia)
