What is this flower/bush called?

I live in Texas. I was walking through the community when I saw a four foot bush with these pretty pink flowers all over it. Does anyone know what it's called? Here is the link to my pics, please look at them.

This shot is from about two weeks back, just now getting a chance to upload. It is of two blown glass "flowers" by my favorite artist, Dale Chihuly. If you aren't familiar with Chihuly... you are missing out. His work is extremely vibrant. This shot is just a portion of his piece, "Ikebana" being displayed at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art. Ikebana is a japenese term for an arrangement of flowers.
