How to get Ixoras to bloom?

Hoping someone can help me. I got some Ixoras planted and since they were planted they stopped blooming. It would be nice to see the flowers on them instead of a bunch of green. Any ideas??

that don't require $ $ $ $ $ $ because I am without a job right now :(

Ixoras are slow growers, they need adequate moisture, acid soil and full sun to bloom.

It bloomed this year! I think that means apples this year (none last year). The auxiliary apple tree on the corner of my property is also in bloom. Both are rife with BEES.

Even with my widest lens, I had to pano-stitch a bunch of exposures to get the framing I wanted.
