My morning glories won't bloom? and Back in Bloom

My morning glories won't bloom?

I planted a morning glory vine which was blooming some at the time. It bloomed (one other flower after that) and never bloomed again.
I have planted 4 other morning glory vines and they won't bloom either. Some of them have spread in the garden by themselves (from seed) and they also won't bloom.
All of the other vines I have planted were from seed.
They are all planted in very good soil and have good lighting hours. What's wrong?

Just guessing here that the soil is too rich in Nitrogen. Try adding Phosphorous to the soil to encourage flower blooms instead of the green growth and you might see more flowers. High phosphorous fertilizers will have a high middle number on the package, the N-P-K ratio. Nitrogen makes the green parts of the plant grow. You want the flowers to bloom so go for high phosphorous.
