i have irisesand daffadils that come up every year but will not bloom. how do i get them to bloom?

why won't they bloom they both get their foliage and yet never a bloom

are they getting the sun they prefer? my mom had that problem with flowers. they didn't bloom because they were under a tree. also try Miracle Gro plant food. works great
