Where can you get edible flowers in NYS?

Specifically Brooklyn. By edible flowers I mean organic edible flowers that can be used for baking, such as dandelions, roses, violets...

I wish you luck, my friend. If you have a high end organic store like Whole Foods, you might ask there. There are also sites that specialize in edible flowers that take orders on-line. The other thing to do is ask a neighbor if their flowers have been grown organically.

I was on the hunt for one organic rose to make Lobster Rose Salad for my birthday dinner. I finally got a rose at the supermarket and washed it very well. No harmful effects, well except for the third head I have growing... just kidding. No bad effects.
