can i cut the blooms off of lilac bushes?
one time i cut the blooms off so that i could enjoy them in the house they never grew back [the flowers}

well have you heard the saying that if you cut them they wont grow back for 7 years or something? well its pretty much true lilacs take very long to grow back. thats why its illegal to pick wild ones.
