Can my landlord prevent the tenants from using the garden?
Were students in a big 20 bedroom house. Recently the landlord has decided to lock the entrance to the garden and not provide us with keys. They refuse to give us keys. Can they legally do this? We have after all rented out the house and the garden is part of it.
