What is The Cherry Blossom Trees Phloem?

It is for my final project and I can barely find any Information on The Sakura Cherry Blossom Tree. This part is the Internal Anatomy of my project so if you could help me with the organ system including tissues it would greatly be appreciated.
I've already tried google or else I wouldn't be here asking for help.

This is a view similar to a piece of cake . But you can convert it in to a circular section by a bit of imagination .
