How do you prune rose bushes that already bloomed?

my rose bushes already bloomed and the flowers are dying. How do I prune them to make them bloom some more?

You would cut just past the dead flower on a slant. It will keep growing. At the end of the season trim them down almost all the way. They will grow back fuller and very good looking. I have been doing this for a long time. I do the same to my miniature rose bushes.

This is the full cluster of aloe blooms on the plant in my front yard. Earlier in my photo stream I posted the buds and the center bloom and now this shows all the separate clusters of blooms from the plant. I hope that the plant survives to come back again next year for the third year in a row. When a stalk like this comes up, often the mother plant dies off. This is definitely one of the tiny treasures at my home. I look forward every year for the arrival of the beautiful aloe flowers.
