How many calories are in a garden omelette?
I'm probably going to a diner tomorrow night and was thinking a garden omelette.
It has tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and peppers.
How many calories would it be if I substitute it w/ egg whites?

I have a typical city garden which is long and thin. As I am on the top of a hill, and the garden slopes down and sideways,my vegetable patches needed edging to stop the top soil washing away.
Rather than paying lots of money for pretty edging I asked friends and neighbours to contribute empty wine bottles which do the job wonderfully well.
I have four beds, each of which take about 70 bottles, so you learn a lot about your friends' tastes in wine.
One such friend asked if I only wanted green bottles as he had blue ones.
I took two, which he asked be placed far away from one another. Why, I asked. The reply was that two blue bottles placed together would breed like flies!!!!
These bottles have been in place for over 10 years and have been colonised with ferns. They also collect water in the dimples and the birds love to drink from them.
