What is the best way to avoid garden flooding?



My garden floods when it rains for a period of time it starts at the lowest point in the middle then spreads. It is not a flood plain my nieghbours have got higher lawns and they do not suffer apart rom 1 of their garages floods. My garden is 18m X 9m approx

Your garden lacks "slope" - you must add dirt to the low point(s) and move downward to a natural slope away from your garden into an area that has good drainage. Not seeing your garden, and the possibilities for drainage, I suggest you talk with local nurseries in area and perhaps take a picture or two.
