how long would it take a cherry blossom bonsai tree to grow?or at least germinate?

there is no such thing as a bonsai seed anything. All bonsai trees are real specimens of whatever tree you are growing. The bonsai part comes in with training, clipping and years of care. So if you are buying a kit you are buying a bag of dirt, a cherry pit and a pot. Germination of anything depends on warmth, water and time of year. January is not a good time to start anything, seeds and cuttings seem to know that it is winter and do not start easily at this time of year. Bonsais take about 50 years to mature.
