i am planting my mom a garden for mothers day but i dont want her only to see them for summer i want her to enjoy them all year i need a list of nice flowers that bloom year round...

Sorry, the only flowers that will bloom year-round in Pennsylvania are artificial. Why not consider some evergreens--there are some in shades of yellow and blue, and some, like holly, have berries for winter interest.
