Achene -[strawberry, sunflower, rose (cypsela-dandelion, samara -maple)]
Nut – (hazelnut, beech, acorn, chestnut)
Caryopsis – (graminoid grain: rice, corn, wheat etc)
Legume – (pea, bean, peanut, acacia)
Fibrous drupe – (coconut, almond)
Schizocarp – (fennel, carrot seed)
Silique – (Dame's rocket, radish)
Silicle – (shepherd's purse, honesty)

Fleshy fruit categories include pome, drupe (pyrene, druplet) & berry (hesperidium and pepo are types of berries). Aggregate fruit form from the many florets of an inflorescence. These are Sorosis, as in the Mulberry, Syngonium, as in the Fig, and Coenocarpium, as in the Pineapple.
