What does 琼花 mean in English? and Dichroa febrifuga #4

What does 琼花 mean in English?

I know it's a type of flower but don't know what... =/
It's not extinct lol.
One of my relatives have this in her backyard. I don't know what's the english word for it because we use it to make tea. One of my cousins drank it and she went from around 100/100 give or take to 20/20 vision. Some chinese herb store also sells this type of flower (dry type). The reason I want to know it in English because I want to reasearch it.

They are deciduous shrubs growing to 1-3 m tall, with their leaves arranged in opposite pairs. The flowers are produced in a broad inflorescence similar to that of the related genus Hydrangea. The fruit is a glossy metallic purple-blue berry.

"Dichroa febrifuga (Chinese: 常山; pinyin: chángshān) is an important herb in traditional Chinese medicine, where it is considered one of the 50 fundamental herbs." (Wikipedia)
