do hibiscus bloom year round if kept in doors?

i have two tropical hibiscus that i keep in my south facing window . they are both still blooming quite well and it is almost December! i am wondering , do they bloom year round if kept in doors? i do not put them out side during the summer, they just stay in my window year round. also, do i need to fertilize the plants? they seem to be doing ok without fertilizer. thanks!

Mine are still blooming outside in zone 8b. I doubt they will continue to bloom inside because blooming is affected by length of daylight and dark. So expect a dormant period until the days get longer and the plants get more sun. I would not fertilize as they enter dormancy.
