Blossom tree dying? Leaves not coming back for 2nd year in a row?
I moved into this house about 8 years ago and the blossom tree out the side of the house has always been healthy but last summer it only bloomed on one side, (the side facing away from the sun), now it hasn't come back at all apart from the very tips of the side that came back last year. Any idea what's causing this and is it too late to save it? As its up the side of the house it only gets maybe 5hours of direct sunlight

Perhaps because of all the heat an no rain. It didn't get enough water. These kid of trees require a lot of attention. Try trimming it back some and if the branches are dead , it most likely is not going to recover.
