How long will dried flowers last?
If I dry a bouquet of flowers and then spray them with hairspray, how long will they last? Will reapplications of hairspray increase their longevity? What alternatives provide better results?

Dried flowers can last for several years depending how well you take care of them. Spraying them with hairspray will also help keep them longer but sometimes the scent of the spray isn't so nice.
You can spray them lightly with your favorite fragrance and that will make your room smell nicer as well.
There is also a product designed for keeping dried flowers longer that you can purchase from a craft store.
