They are wooden garden decorations made to look like a lady bending over. Where would I buy one? Or what are they typically called? I have tried google searches but haven't found any for sale.

If you are talking about the silhouettes of the black cutouts, they come in a lot of different shapes and sizes and look like people.

Just google people silhouettes.
