How do I get my Mock Orange to bloom? and Spring Bloom

How do I get my Mock Orange to bloom?

It's a Minn Snowflake. I planted them 3 years ago, they're about a foot apart, (3 of them) and they are healthy looking, they just won't bloom, is there anything I can do to help them?

Mock oranges really hate being moved, but they recover in two or three years. You may just have to be patient. Don't prune this bush. It's very happy being left alone, except for taking off the occasional dead branch, or winter thinning if it gets totally out of hand. Otherwise, ignore your bush and you'll probably have blooms soon
