What other types of plants are similar to roses or lilies where they bloom for long periods of time?
I'm looking for some plants that will come up each year and bloom for more then one week (like most bulbs).. I have daylilies and roses already but want more of a variety. Any other ideas?

Rhododendrons in bloom
Rhododendrons in bloom. Red Rhodies.are popping up here, despite the cold, wet spring. I guess they really want to live! The pink rhodies are in buds only - I hope to see them in a few weeks.
