Where are the seeds' of carrots located?



i've loooked on the internet and haven't found anything and my science class was wondering about this today.

Carrot plants are biennials. They live through two growing seasons. In the first season they produce leaves and the swollen root. They overwinter and in the next season, they flower and produce seed.
